Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the public VerusCo website, including marketing pages, contact flows, informational materials, and related public-facing content.

By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so for that organization.

Informational materials only

The public site is provided for general informational purposes about VerusCo’s products, oversight model, integrations, and implementation approach. Site content does not create a legal, compliance, audit, or advisory relationship by itself.

Nothing on the public site is intended to replace legal advice, regulatory interpretation, or a signed customer agreement. Decisions about implementation, risk, and compliance obligations should be evaluated within the context of your own program and applicable agreements.

Customer agreements

Use of the VerusCo platform, customer environments, implementation work, support, and data handling may be governed by separate contracts, order forms, security documents, or data processing terms.

If a separate written agreement applies, that agreement controls over these public-site terms for the covered service.

Customer platform use can be governed by separate contracts
Security and data terms may live in dedicated documents
Bank and fintech diligence materials may add more detail
Signed service terms override public-site language when they apply

Acceptable use

You may not use the site in a way that interferes with its operation, bypasses security controls, probes for vulnerabilities, collects information without authorization, or harms VerusCo, its users, or its service providers.

You may not submit unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive, or malicious content through forms or communications tied to the site.

You also should not submit nonpublic personal information, regulated customer records, bank account details, government identifiers, or other sensitive operational data through public contact forms unless VerusCo has expressly provided a secure channel for that purpose.

No unauthorized access attempts or scraping
No misuse of contact or support channels
No interference with site availability or security
No use that violates applicable law or another party’s rights

Intellectual property

The VerusCo name, branding, software-related materials, text, graphics, layouts, and other site content are owned by VerusCo or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may review site materials for normal business evaluation. You may not reuse, republish, modify, or distribute them beyond that limited purpose without permission.

VerusCo keeps ownership of its branding and site materials
Site content may be used for ordinary evaluation only
Reuse or redistribution requires permission
Third-party materials remain subject to their own rights

Disclaimers

The site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any specific time.

We also do not guarantee that marketing-site materials are complete for every use case, jurisdiction, regulatory regime, or implementation context. Product capabilities, integrations, and roadmap references may change over time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VerusCo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the public site or reliance on its content.

Where liability cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, it will be limited to the minimum extent permitted. Separate written customer agreements may include different liability allocations for contracted products or services.

Changes to the site or these terms

We may update the site, public content, or these terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated.

Continued use of the site after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
